Do I need to enroll and create a profile to register for a class?
If you are affiliated with a company that subscribes to ERAI and have your login and password for the ERAI website, you are already pre-enrolled in InterCEPT. Simply log in to the ERAI website and click on the "Training" tab to purchase classes.
If you are not an ERAI subscriber or if you would like to register as an unaffiliated student, please click on the ENROLL button on the left side to enroll as an InterCEPT student. You will not be asked to make any payments at the time of enrollment. After you enroll and log in to InterCEPT, you will be able to purchase and register for classes.
Do I need to be a member or subscriber of ERAI to register for a class?
No – InterCEPT classes are
available to the general public.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you have already enrolled in InterCEPT or are an ERAI subscriber,
click on the "Sign In" link in the top right corner. In the popup, click on the "Forgot Password" link to have your password emailed to your email address on file. In the event our system cannot authenticate your e-mail address,
you will need to contact our administrative staff at (239) 261-6268. Once your identity has been verified, our staff will contact you directly with your password
What is included with my class registration?
Our online training classes are interactive, containing
videos and quizzes. Classes may offer takeaways in the form of reference materials and other resources. You are not required to purchase additional class materials.

How long do I have to take a training class?

You have 60 days from the date you first start a class to complete
an individual class. Your class management console will display how much time you have left to begin and complete your class(es).
What happens if I don’t complete a training class in 60 days?

Can I start a class, take a break, and finish it later?
