  • Courses
    • Do I need to enroll and create a profile to register for a course?
    • Do I need to be a member or subscriber of ERAI to register for a course?
      No – InterCEPT courses are available to the general public.
    • I forgot my password, what do I do?
      If you have already enrolled in InterCEPT or are an ERAI subscriber, you can use the ‘Forgot Password’ link to have your password emailed to your email address on file. In the event our system cannot authenticate your e-mail address, you will need to contact our administrative staff at (239) 261-6268. Once your identity has been verified, our staff will contact you directly with your password information.
    • What is included with my course registration?
      Our online training courses are interactive, containing videos and quizzes. Courses may offer takeaways in the form of reference materials and other resources and you are not required to purchase additional course materials. Upon the completion of a course, you will be asked to take an exam. Once you successfully pass the exam, you will receive a certificate of completion for the course.
    • Can I retake an exam if I don’t pass?
      Yes, if you do not receive a passing score on the final exam, you will be given another 60-day opportunity to re-take the course and the exam.
    • Who develops InterCEPT courses?
      InterCEPT courses are developed by independent industry thought-leaders, each an expert in their respective field.
    • How can I find out if a training is suitable for me?
      Please refer to each course’s description page to view the course’s target audience and pre-requisites (if applicable). Many courses are suitable across multiple job functions in various industry sectors. If you have a specific question, feel free to contact our office at +1-239-261-6268 and a staff member will be glad to assist you.
    • In which languages are courses offered?
      At present, our courses and materials are available in English.
    • How long do I have to take a training course?
      You have 6 months from the date of purchase to begin your training course(s).
    • How long do I have to complete a course?
      You have 60 days from date you first start a course to complete an individual course.
    • What happens if I don’t complete a training course in 60 days?
      If you have been unable to complete a course within 60 days, please contact our office at 239-261-6268 for assistance.
    • Can I start a course, take a break, and finish it later?
      Absolutely! InterCEPT courses are designed to allow maximum flexibility. Interruptions are part of daily life, so you can pause and rewind courses or simply close down a training and resume it at another time.
    • How are courses updated and can I access courses after they are revised?
      As industry and government regulations and best practices continue to expand, InterCEPT courses will be updated. You will receive an email notifying you of revision changes to trainings you have completed.
  • Payments/Credits and Group Administrators
    • What payment options are available?
    • Can my company supervisor/purchasing department pay for my training course(s)?
      Yes. InterCEPT is designed to permit a company administrator to purchase a training course for an employee. Administrators can purchase courses and select which employees should be assigned to each training. Administrators can also transfer courses that have not yet been taken to another employee. Once a course is assigned to an employee, they will be able to start the training.
    • Are courses refundable if I do not complete them?
      InterCEPT courses are non-refundable. However, company administrators can transfer courses that have not yet been started to other individuals.
    • I purchased an InterCEPT training for an employee, but that employee has since left. Can I re-allocate the course to another employee?
      As long as the employee did not start the training course, the course can be assigned to another employee at any time.

    • How can I receive a copy of my certificate?
    • I lost my copy of my certificate; how do I get a replacement?
    • Can my training certificates go with me if I leave my current company?

    • What are the technical requirements for taking an InterCEPT course (e.g. browser, software)?
