Welcome to the ERAI Vendor Alert Hotline. We understand that not every problem warrants filing a Formal Complaint with ERAI. Sometimes all a person wants to do is make us aware of a troublesome situation. We value this type of information because it enables us to be on the look-out for developing patterns of behavior. Financial woes, unethical conduct or a faltering reliability rating can emerge at any time, even with established businesses. ERAI created the VENDOR ALERT as a means for any company involved in the purchase or sale of electronic components to share information in an informal and confidential manner. The data you contribute pertaining to the vendor will be entered into our internal database but your name will not. If you direct your attention to the form below, you will notice that we do not require you to submit personal information about yourself or your company; these fields are optional and are not required. We will need you to fill in the required fields pertaining to the vendor and ask that you supply us with as much detail as possible when describing your vendor and/or the transaction you wish to report. If you do disclose your identity, this information will not be disclosed to third parties. You do not need to be a Member, Affiliate or Participant of ERAI to share information with us, nor does the information need to be negative. If you've had a positive experience with a vendor and would like for them to receive recognition for performing in a satisfactory or exemplary manner, we welcome your comments as well.
