From the beginning of the transaction, our staff reviews the terms and conditions of both the purchase order and the invoice.  Our staff will recommend adding specific provisions to the escrow contract based on the individual needs of the Buyer and Seller.  Our staff will track the shipment(s) and coordinate any questions or concerns from the Buyer and Seller during the process.  Once the material is received and inspected according to the contract and all of the provisions of the agreement have been met, funds are released to the Seller.  Otherwise, the funds are returned to the Buyer and the ERAI staff coordinates the return of the rejected material back to the Seller.
