  • Courses
    • Do I need to enroll and create a profile to register for a class?
    • Do I need to be a member or subscriber of ERAI to register for a class?
      No – InterCEPT classes are available to the general public.
    • I forgot my password, what do I do?
      If you have already enrolled in InterCEPT or are an ERAI subscriber, click on the "Sign In" link in the top right corner. In the popup, click on the "Forgot Password" link to have your password emailed to your email address on file. In the event our system cannot authenticate your e-mail address, you will need to contact our administrative staff at (239) 261-6268. Once your identity has been verified, our staff will contact you directly with your password information.
    • What is included with my class registration?
      Our online training classes are interactive, containing videos and quizzes. Classes may offer takeaways in the form of reference materials and other resources. You are not required to purchase additional class materials. Upon the completion of a classes, you will be asked to take a quiz. Once you successfully pass the quiz, you will receive a certificate of completion for the course.
    • Who develops InterCEPT classes?
      InterCEPT classes are developed by independent industry thought-leaders, each an expert in their respective field.
    • How can I find out if a training class is suitable for me?
      Please refer to each class description page to view the class’ target audience and pre-requisites (if applicable). Many classes are suitable across multiple job functions in various industry sectors. If you have a specific question, feel free to contact our office at +1-239-261-6268 and a staff member will be glad to assist you.
    • In which languages are classes offered?
      At present, our classes and materials are available in English.
    • How long do I have to take a training class?
      You have 6 months from the date of purchase to begin your training class(es).
    • How long do I have to complete a class?
      You have 60 days from the date you first start a class to complete an individual class. Your class management console will display how much time you have left to begin and complete your class(es).
    • What happens if I don’t complete a training class in 60 days?
      If you have been unable to complete a class within 60 days, please contact our office at 239-261-6268 for assistance.
    • Can I start a class, take a break, and finish it later?
      Absolutely! InterCEPT classes are designed to allow maximum flexibility. Interruptions are part of daily life, so you can pause and replay classes or simply close down a training class and resume it at another time.
    • How are classes updated and can I access classes after they are revised?
      As industry and government regulations and best practices continue to expand, InterCEPT classes will be updated. You will receive an email notifying you of revision changes to trainings classes you have completed.

    • Do you offer any discounts for ERAI Members and Subscribers?

    • What payment options are available?
    • Can my company supervisor/purchasing department pay for my training class(es)?
      Yes. InterCEPT is designed to permit a company administrator to purchase training classes for employees. Administrators can purchase classes and select which employees should be assigned to each training class. Administrators can also transfer classes that have not yet been taken to another employee. Once a class is assigned to an employee, they will be able to start the training class.
    • I purchased an InterCEPT training class for an employee, but that employee has since left. Can I re-allocate the class to another employee?
      As long as the employee did not start the training class, the class can be assigned to another employee at any time.

    • How can I receive a copy of my class certificate?
    • I lost my copy of my certificate; how do I get a replacement?
    • Can my training certificates go with me if I leave my current company?
